Person Centered Planning is a process of selecting and organizing services and supports for each of our clients based on their individual needs. The process is directed by the client so they know their needs are met. Entrust uses Person Centered Planning across all of our programs and services.

Serena became our Human Resource Generalist in April. She brings over 20 years of experience – including past positions with Memorial Hospital, Garden Village and Kittitas Valley Hospital. She is close to earning her Human Resource Management/Business Administration degree from Western Governor’s University (WGU).
